This is in a larger public video file through the Bon Odori Consortium called “Virtual Bon Dance 3” which includes a minister’s talk at the beginning followed by 3 Bon Odori. Mottainai is the first dance after the talk.

Dressing in Yukata and trying a Bunka Musubi Obi
This is a good, clear video demonstration. There are a few variations that the Minyo dancers use in both the dressing and trying the obi but they are the same for the most part and achieve similar results.
